I'VE GOT THINGS TO SAY.

This is where I speak up, think out loud, and make space for reimagining what is possible.

Here you'll find blogs and podcast conversations that reflect my ongoing exploration, rethinking the way we engage volunteers, centring community, and staying curious about the questions that matter. It's part of a learning journey  mine and ours  grounded in listening, experimenting, unlearning, relearning, and growing together.

I share ideas, challenge assumptions, and invite bold thinking from everyone connected to this work: leaders of volunteer engagement, not-for-profit teams, funders, executives, and volunteers themselves.

Because when we shift the way we think, we shift what's possible.

I acknowledge that I live, work and play on the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung people.  I respect their elders, past and present, and those of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Countries, and I honour their enduring knowledge systems, cultural strength and deep connection to Country.

At Tracey O'Neill Consulting, we believe that strong, connected communities are built on inclusion, respect, and belonging. We celebrate the richness of diversity across cultures, faiths, identities, abilities, ages, and lived experiences. Our work is grounded in creating safe, welcoming spaces where everyone is valued, voices are heard, and community wisdom leads the way.
